Joe Fresh blue velvet draped boat neck long-sleeved midi dress, XL, NWOT

This blue velvet jersey dress by Joe Fresh features a wide, draped boat neck and long sleeves. The dress is marked size XL; this brand tends to fit a little bit larger than average, so please check the measurements below to confirm fit. The fabric is a gorgeous velvet jersey that drapes and shimmers beautifully, but I can't tell you for sure the fabric content since I foolishly cut off the content tags. I'm fairly sure it's a polyester blend, and I'd be very surprised if it required dry cleaning - Joe Fresh clothes tends to be fairly easy care. I tried it on a couple of times but never wore it, so apart from the missing content label, it's in brand new condition. The fabric is stretchy, and the fit is relaxed and draped up top while stretching across the hips. I suspect it will work best with a smaller bustline - the fit didn't really work with my more generous endowment.
