Latin dance competition dress, size M, NWOT

Fun Latin dance dress, suitable for showcase or beginner competition. Black stretch lycra body with pink chiffon flounces. Top incorporates pink bra, about a B cup. Built in panties. About size 12-14, generous medium. Back mostly open but not low-cut. Made in Toronto, I removed tags but never wore as it was a back-up. Torso was too long on my 5ft 3 in frame, would suit someone a little taller better.
