Leather Black loafers with tortoise shell accent

Beautiful quality leather loafers dress shoes by Clarks. It is in gently used condition. But its feels too big for me. Tag says EU size 7 womens, US size 6.5. I'm usually a 6.5 but this feels like a size 7. Genuine leather and in clean great shape! Retails now in stores for $140+tax.
