No tags but never worn and never washed. It’s unlined rain coat material. Not fully water proof, I bet, but perfect for fitting over an outfit for work or a date. It’s perfect for a size L or size 12, I bought it one size up so i could fit Autumn layers underneath (sweater + collared shirt, etc)
