This was my moms in the 80s 🎿 Smoke free, dog friendly home Cool retro puffer vest with stripes. Has ring on one pocket for ski pass. Two zip up pockets. Stretch elastic waist band. Labelled as Size M (10-12), but it is very fitted and would say it’s more of a small or x-small. Made and Purchased in Vancouver, Canada. Made by Jones Tent & Awning Limited.
