Rare Vintage Penaten Baby Puffs from 1970’s

Rare Vintage from the 1970s- Penaten baby puffs. There is half the box of the original cotton puffs. Can be used for cosmetic, first aid or baby care. Or Perfect for a collection. The box does have some wear and tear however for being 45 years old, pretty good condition.
