Designed by Maija Isola and printed in 1975, the fabric is in excellent condition - the green colourway is bright and unfaded and the selvedge is intact. One of the first designers for the Finnish design company Marimekko, Maija Isola’s patterns ranged from those inspired by folk art to more minimalist patterns of the period as in this case.
