Sweet vintage glazed pottery elephant ornament

This cute elephant is in good vintage condition. I’m not exactly sure of the vintage but it was my grandmother’s in the 60s…. So definitely pre 1960s… It stands approximately 4” high. There is some type of cement type substance on the bottom and a line as shown in last picture but it hasn’t been broken. (I’m not sure what’s that’s all about) It stands up fine and the cement substance doesn’t make it off balance.
