VINTAGE 1993 A BLUE RIBBON PERFORMANCE: KELSEY ICE SKATING DOLL

This is a vintage new, still-in-the-box Hamilton Collection exclusive porcelain doll. It is Kelsey (A Blue Ribbon Performance) by Phyllis Parkins. It comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity. She is dressed in a navy blue dress and has a silver ice skate adorning the front of the dress. She is wearing ice skates and holding her 1st place blue ribbon. She has blonde hair with a white ribbon bow. The stand is included. The doll measures 16 inches tall. Box has some damage - see pics.
