Here is the classic and iconic New York Times cookbook from 1961. It has nearly 1500 recipes for all occasions. The Steak au Poivre ( Pepper Steak) on page 91 is a must try. This is a hardcover book with original dust jacket, 717 pages long. The dust jacket shows its age. The book is in very good condition, complete and not written in.
