Vintage "Blossom" Velvet Hat

Early 90's "Blossom"-style hat in black velvet. Handmade by my favourite aunt, as the tag states. Super cute with fun ruching and wide brim. Worn as a tween, but it will fit an average adult head. Check out my closet for more 80's/early 90's girls clothing from my childhood collection!
