Vintage Forenza wrap around skirt size 12

This is late 80's or early 90s. While it is technically a wrap around skirt, it is pleated and has 2 buttons giving it a flattering look. It's a mid rise, pencil skirt. Rayon started to take off at the time but it's advised dry clean only for this fabric. Rayon is kind of an in between fabric - good for the spring or fall. Please review measurements as I don't think sizing is accurate at all for today. Approx measurements unfolded length 38 waist band 15 inches length 21.5 inches made in Israel
