Vintage Haggar Petite Beaded Collar water colour button down size xs​​​​​​​

This is a gorgeous vintage button down blouse - by Haggar. Fabulous high quality brand! If this piece doesn’t go - I’m keeping it to have the collar pop out of my cashmere sweaters next fall! Fantastic water colour print in beautiful lake blue - with Smokey grey accent colour on arms and back. Beading detail on the collar is tastefully eye catching. Very unique one of a kind vintage piece. This is a size xs however - I am typically a size 6 on top and this fits no problem so listing under both sizes. Ptp approx 18-19”
