Up for sale is this rare lot of Lisa Frank Pencils with eraser toppers. It features original Lisa Frank characters in halloween costumes. These are highly collectible and are a perfect gift for that Lisa Frank collector. All pencils in this lot have not been used although one ghost eraser topper has a mark.
