Vintage “Volunteer” Candle with Pewter Teddy Bear Charm Inside

This vintage candle is super unique! It was made in Canada by “The Friendship Candle People”. The scent of the candle is not listed on the label. The best way I could describe is would be a gentle spiced vanilla. It’s a very nice scent, not overpowering. When you burn the candle down, a pewter Teddy Beat charm is revealed!
