Yellow “unique” woman’s windbreaker

Very unique woman’s yellow windbreaker is covered in artwork, when I looked up the brand the artist is from Zhenjiang China, drawstring waist tag says large but could be pulled in for medium. No material tags but very thin lightweight. Questions? I’m always happy to answer thanks for looking!
