dstiles01 @jdmacmurray good afternoon. Our street has been torn up, and no notice was left for no mail can be delivered. I have not refused any delivery. My intention to get to the post office either today or tomorrow afternoon.

jdmacmurray @dstiles01 You could have been more professional yourself by advising me of the delivery / pickup problem. On May 3rd, you were left two Notice Cards - one at 8:57 am and another at 1:39 pm. Delivery was attempted twice on this day. Therefore, the Canada Post truck was able to have access to your street.

dstiles01 @jdmacmurray Clearly you did not understand my response. I never received the notice of delivery due to construction on my street. The notices went to the post office and no notification of a package waiting. I will be picking up today so you can be paid. My comment to you about your customer service is how you approached me, writing in capital letters and advising how you needed to get paid. A future approach would be to ask if there is any i issue with delivery before jumping to a conclusion.

jdmacmurray @dstiles01 It is not clear as to exactly what steps were carried out by Canada Post. In any event, I believe we should put this behind us and I would like to sincerely apologize to you. I joined Poshmark only recently and my second sale was a scammer … the one who asks for additional photos. I was vigilant and caught the scam right away. There is so much of this taking place; I was worried I had hit another. I am very sorry for misunderstanding the circumstances.
